Vanilla Soul

As the 2013-15 Tacoma Poet Laureate, Luke (aka "Vanilla Soul") fuses his interests in theatre, poetry, and social issues to create moving and inspiring Spoken Word poetry. As a produced playwright and performer, he hosts both workshops and poetry events and has performed at the Def Poetry Jam College Tour. Luke is a devoted leader and educator in the Tacoma community and is available for workshops regarding poetry, theatre, and teaching methods.
