Thanks to the great ideas and energy of Vanilla Soul and the Speak Your Soul Tacoma Team, First Night Tacoma will have some great spoken word poetry infused into a mixed media environment.

Join us on New Year's Day at Kope Kope for a special version of our First Friday open mic. More details to come soon, but we will begin at 7pm; open mic sign-ups will also start at 7pm. The open mic is open to all styles of poetry, especially poems intended to build a better world.
